I’m a multi-media artist working in paint, textiles, paper, and fused glass. Through my work I attempt to transform the past into compelling narratives.
Rooted in an upbringing on a 150 acre Arkansas farm, my art reflects the authenticity of a life lived close to the land. Drawing on a childhood shared with seven siblings, I assemble objects and textiles that go beyond mere representation, capturing the essence of a bygone era-one where the kitchen served as the soul of the home.
I tell stories the way I was raised-stitched together from relationships, memory and a bit of humor.
